Withdraw consent

You can withdraw consent to us processing your personal data at any time, and it takes no more effort than giving it did. Nothing is pre-selected on your behalf anywhere on this site.

Withdraw by email

Send one line — the address you signed up with and what you are withdrawing — to our Grievance Officer, Saideep H J:

ceo@dataniyam.in · +91 9606566272

We acknowledge within 3 working days and stop the processing you withdrew, along with any Data Processor acting for us, without further reference to you.

Withdraw from inside your workspace

If you hold a console account, sign in and use Rights Desk to record a withdrawal or an erasure request against your own account, or Request account deletion to close the account entirely. Both are logged with the date and the action taken.

What happens after you withdraw

  • Processing that relied on that consent stops, and downstream recipients are told.
  • Data we must keep to meet a legal obligation, or to maintain compliance evidence you asked us to hold, is retained only for as long as that purpose lasts — the privacy notice sets out the periods.
  • Withdrawal does not undo processing that was lawful before it, and it may end your ability to use parts of the service that depend on that data.

Read the full privacy notice or raise a grievance.
